Collecting and Transporting your cake
Do not, I repeat DO NOT travel with the cake on your lap! The best place for your cake is usually the floor of the passenger seat of your car. If it is a warm day, bring a jacket and crank that AC to get your car as cold as possible!
Fridge is Best...
Heat is not a cake's friend! Please keep your cake refrigerated until 1-2hrs prior to serving. While your cake is on display, keep it out of direct sunlight and heat where possible.
PLEASE REMOVE:
Floral tape, wire, skewers, internal supports and inedible toppers may have been used in the decorating of your cake. Please remove and dispose of these before serving.
